You know you get tired of saying huh what, and having people repeat things over and over again. My granddaughter's 8th grade graduation, I was there and I didn't get to hear theme announce her. I wore hearing aids and then we had a house fire and the hearing aids went with the house. I haven't had them for over two years now. It's really frustrating when you can't hear, so this is just amazing. Even the noise I love.
I can go get my hearing checked out fine, but I didn't have the money to go get the hearing aids. My credit wasn't good so I always walked out of the doors without a hearing aid. I miss out on a lot in my life. I'm excited that the Miracle-Ear mission helped me out. It's very emotional for me because I am finally getting the help at the age of 37. Thank you!
I worked in a factory and it was very noisy. I could tell that my hearing was failing me more and more. I lost out on a lot of wonderful things. I just think that not being able to communicate with your grandchildren is such a major loss for both. I want to thank you... thank you very much for giving me the gift of sound!

I came in to make an appointment to have my mom's hearing aid repaired. The FOA greeted me at the front desk and asked if I had the hearing aid with me. I did and the FOA took it and repaired it, even pointing out how to order the best batteries on Amazon, which I did right there with her, saving mom lots of cash and getting great value from her batteries. This place is not out to get money, they really want to help.
Laura is very professional and takes the time to explain everything that my Wife, Rosalie and I, need to know about her hearing aids. My wife is now on her third iteration of Miracle Ear hearing aids. The current pair are great and her hearing has improved by 90%. Thanks Laura and keep up the great work.

I have had a hearing loss for several years and have had several exams. I went to Miracle Ear in Independence, MO recently and experienced the most complete and intense exam I have ever had. Ken Kidd knew his business and I ended up with hearing aids and I can hear again. Ken was very professional and understood my situation. He knew why others couldn't help me and made the corrections. Rebecca at the front desk was very knowledgeable and friendly.
Great customer service. After a disappointing experience from another provider, Rachel Serrano went out of her way to be certain I had the proper hearing aid for my hearing loss. She was extremely thorough with the exam and explained the process along the way. Now, I am hearing high frequency levels I haven't heard in years. Follow-up visits have been excellent. Rachel makes the necessary adjustments to my hearing aids for a perfect fit and function. I recommend Rachel and this location without hesitation.
